The salesperson exam consists of 180 national and state-specific questions. To pass, you must score at least 75%.

The broker exam consists of 180 national and state-specific questions. To pass, you must score at least 75%.

There are 15 "Pre-Test" questions on each exam. These questions are being tested by Pearson VUE and don't count against a passing grade. Pre-test questions are not identified on the exam, so examinees must answer every question on the exam.

There are multiple versions of each real estate exam administered in Arizona and each version can vary slightly in difficulty. To determine a score, Pearson VUE uses a statistical procedure known as equating to help correct for differences in exam difficulty. The exam score is reported as a percentage of correctly answered questions. To pass the exam, you must answer 75% of the questions correctly.

You will receive your score immediately after you complete your exam.
